I don’t usually write reviews, I’m doing it for 2 reasons. Firstly I can not find any words to thank, The hygienist ❤️Julieanne ❤️ I have seen her twice this week. 40 minutes for first visit and today was an 1hr. Due to circumstances, and being soooo frightened, and suffering with severe anxiety, I let my teeth get it to a state, which has caused bone loss and gum disease. I have seen many hygienists in my time. Unfortunately due to my fear and anxiety, I was always given a quick 20 minute clean, due to the sensitivity I had, and lack of patience from the hygienist, even with the injecting of the gums, I was into much pain. The only hygienist in 20 years plus, Julianne has been the only one that could do what I needed for years, and gave me a deep clean. She didn’t rush, spent time to numb my gums, she is an extremely gentle person, but got the job done. She would not allow me to have any discomfort. After my first visit on Tuesday, I was excited that there was a cancellation today, can’t believe I said that 😂, even though I was anxious, I trusted her. I have actually done it. The other reason for this review, is for all the other people out there like me. If you have sensitive teeth, the last thing we think we can do is have our teeth cleaned, especially under the gums. Don’t worry, you really can, it all depends how qualified the hygienist is. It’s easy for me to say this now, and yes I will be anxious on my next appointment, but she really didn’t hurt me at all. Book with Julieanne, even though you might of experienced a painful experience before, hate the dentist, suffer with anxiety, and never been able to get a deep clean due to the pain from the water, noice, vibration. I had mine done pain free. I know I’ve got to try to save my teeth, and will be quite happy to go to Julianne So from someone who really knows, don’t need to be scared and see an exceptional lady. I was facing the prospects of having to endure severe eating problems for my remaining life expectancy. This was due to the condition of my natural teeth. I decided to resort to having dental implants. After a prolonged, but painless , course of dental treatment by your Dentists, Nursing and support staff, normal eating has been restored to me. I am most grateful to all concerned in this restoration. I recommend to anyone facing my former prospects. Irrespective of age, to seek this form of treatment

I have a real phobia of dentists but needed a tooth extracted so very reluctantly made an appointment here. All I can say is from the time I stepped inside the reception area until the time all my treatment had finished - the service was excellent. The staff are all so caring and understanding and made me feel at ease. All very friendly too. I have recommended a friend who has already made an appointment. I will be back in 6 months for a check up - which I have never done before. I always wait for a problem before I go to the dentist.

Very impressive clinic with knowledgeable staff. Very clean, welcoming and modern tech gave me confidence. The dental expert spent time explaining in detail about my issues and the options available to me, didn't feel rushed at all.

I received the best treatment here after visiting several other dentists. My problem was taken care of extremely professionally and quickly, and yet most tenderly which was really important to me as a nervous patient. I cannot recommend Dr de Jager enough. I also visited the hygienist and my teeth still feel amazing several months later. My experience was so positive I am thinking of returning for a ‘smile makeover’.

First visit today with the new dentist. Fabulous receptionist. Friendly, professional and thorough dentist and dental nurse. Best dental experience in years.
